“Things do not change, we change…” — Henry David Thoreau
Relationships begin with you
Have you ever said, "I just want to be happy," but you don't know how? Often, emotions that you may not be aware of, or don't understand, prevent you from feeling happy in some or all of your relationships.
- Who do you struggle with the most?
- Where in your life are you feeling discontent?
- Do you think you are living the life you want?
- Are modern demands overrunning your traditional ideals?
- How do you use food?
Conflicts prevent us from feeling happy or content with the life we have. Psychotherapy – and the right psychotherapist – can help you remove the roadblocks to your happiness.
As a psychotherapist, my special interest is to help people look at what isn’t working for them, figure out why it isn’t working, then help them figure out how to make the changes that can lead to getting more out of life and relationships. These changes begin even before you schedule your first psychotherapy session – they begin as soon as you decide that you want to have the life and relationships that make you happy.
